We have our own beehives and make our own honey. You will taste the nectar of the colourful flowers surrounding our Lodge and the neighbouring area. As much as its Gruyerecheese, Kars’s honey is famous, and its flavour is pure. You can taste honey in its thick form, or over honeycomb paired with village cream at breakfast
